CleanRoute Tri Supply procurement notes

Buyer-side notes for defining electric sanitation tricycle duty, comparing factory quotation scope and requesting exact-configuration evidence.

Use each note as a decision checklist

Keep the exact vehicle under discussion visible throughout the procurement record. A product-family page may span multiple cargo bodies, batteries, motors, brakes and charger packages, while a quotation normally addresses one combination.

For electric sanitation tricycles, distinguish nominal from usable battery capacity and record the route, load, speed, temperature and auxiliary assumptions behind any range figure.

Compare costs on the same quantity, currency, Incoterm and destination. Separate vehicle, options, inspection, inland transport, freight, duty and destination services so scope differences are visible.

Regulatory documents require exact-model and destination review. Articles explain fields to request; they do not prove stock, certification, factory ownership, approval or delivered results.

When a note resolves a requirement, add that decision to the RFQ. When it exposes an unknown, ask the supplier to state the assumption and supporting evidence. The verification page and inquiry form provide the next steps.
