State cargo-box type and volume, required payload basis, motor rating, nominal and usable battery capacity, braking, tires, lighting and weather protection.
Quantity
Separate units by body, battery and accessory package. Identify spare batteries or chargers as distinct quote lines rather than assuming they are included.
Destination
Give the destination state or port, requested Incoterm, delivery window, packing, inspection point and exact documents needed for buyer review.

Request motor type and rating, controller, battery chemistry, nominal and usable kWh, pack voltage and battery enclosure details for the quoted configuration.
Duty basis
Record payload, operator mass, route distance, grade, ambient temperature, stop frequency and auxiliary loads behind any operating-range statement.
Energy and service
Confirm connector, charger input, charge power, estimated charging time basis, battery service documentation, replacement path and included spare parts.
Evidence questions before buyer approval
Family claims do not establish the offered tricycle. Bind ratings, range and documents to the exact body, battery and model year in the quotation.
How is payload checked?
Ask for curb weight, rated payload, cargo-body allowance, operator assumption and braking basis for the completed vehicle. Do not infer usable payload from a frame-family maximum.
How is range compared?
Distinguish nominal from usable battery capacity and record load, speed, route, temperature and test method. An advertised figure is not a guarantee for a sanitation shift.
What documents matter?
Request the exact-model specification, battery and charger records, component schedule, packing list and any destination-relevant evidence. Qualified parties determine regulatory applicability.
Are price and lead time confirmed?
No. Both require current supplier quotations for the final configuration, quantity, destination and document scope.
