A structured first conversation

Contact CleanRoute Tri Supply with a vehicle brief

Use this page to provide the electric sanitation tricycle duty, known configuration and open questions. The site does not publish an office address, telephone help desk, social profile or guaranteed response window that has not been configured.

Project identity

Name your company, intended sanitation program, destination state or port and required number of vehicles. Identify whether the request is new, used or open to both.

Available channel

The procurement form is the site's current inquiry route. Provide a valid work email and optional telephone number for follow-up. No walk-in location or business hours are claimed.

Review sequence

We check the brief for missing comparison fields before candidate factory outreach. Price, MOQ, lead time, document availability and inspection remain supplier-specific.

What to include in the requirement

Describe waste stream, cargo-body type, loading and unloading method, route surface, grades, shift length and weather exposure. Add overall dimensions, wheelbase, rated payload or braking targets where known, but mark uncertain values instead of inventing them.

Identify fuel or electric powertrain preferences. For electric proposals, request usable battery capacity rather than nominal capacity alone, the charging connector, AC/DC charging power and the test basis behind any range figure. Explain the actual route and charging window.

For a used unit, provide or request VIN, model year, odometer, dated condition images, title/export records, service history and inspection scope. A listing title cannot demonstrate those facts.

Give quantity, destination, requested delivery window, Incoterm, documents and inspection needs. Budget is optional: state currency and whether it applies per unit or to the full order. High-end, mid-range, budget or undecided preferences describe buyer priorities, not verified supplier grades.

Final contracts, payment, import, registration and regulatory acceptance require separate buyer decisions and qualified advice. Review Spec Verification or vehicle inquiry options if the brief is still open.
