These terms describe use of this independent electric sanitation tricycle sourcing website. CleanRoute Tri Supply is not a manufacturer, authorized dealer, importer of record, certification authority, insurer, finance provider or fleet operator.

Information and sourcing requests

Website material is general procurement guidance. Product names, catalog entries and technical fields are inquiry starting points, not inventory, offers, warranties or confirmation of suitability. A sourcing request authorizes review of the submitted business requirement and potential coordination with candidate suppliers; it does not create a purchase agreement.

Quotation and evidence limits

Price, availability, MOQ, lead time, configuration, condition and document scope require current supplier confirmation. Buyers must compare the same configuration, quantity, destination, Incoterm and inspection scope. Used vehicle decisions require unit-level evidence. Regulatory, import and registration questions require qualified destination-side review.

Buyer responsibilities

The buyer remains responsible for specification approval, supplier due diligence, contracts, payment terms, inspection, shipping, customs, taxes, insurance, registration, operation and final acceptance. Do not rely on family-level data as proof for a quoted vehicle.

Benefit eligibility

FREE sourcing support and up to 3% are subject to eligibility. Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements. No saving, lowest price or transaction outcome is guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms, submit unlawful material, impersonate another party or attempt to disrupt the service. Provide accurate business contact details and only information necessary for the procurement discussion.
